I think it is the fact I'm not feeling well so not sleeping well which is likely burning more calories as opposed to any magic diet/exercise I might be not aware I am doing!
179.4 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
