right, this is the new year, and after all the chocolates and the food, and the cheese, and the wine, and the mulled wine ... here we go again.
we have a party on friday night and I need to get down under 70kg again.
I'll have my periods today or tomorrow, so this might help.
have visitors arriving next thursday, need to be back down to 68 or under by then.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
