pulse 74. Finally starting to lose weight! I am also sweating a lot more when I work out so I think my metabolism is starting to kick up a notch! YIPPEE
182.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
