I have been doing absolutely no sugar at all for the past 2 weeks and will continue to do so for another 4 weeks. I'm doing the no sugar because I am so addicted to sweets and when I say sweets I mean cake, donuts, sodas, ect, ect. And yes its been super hard for me I see, think, smell, and dream about sweets all the time, but that is why I decided to challenge myself with this challenge. But also I started a power pump class a cadio class and 2 spinning classes per week at home I am also doing strength training twice a week eventually I want to increase to 5 days a week with my strength training.
