Why is this happening to me? I work out at the gym 3x's a week, keep track of my points, why oh why do I go up and down and never down for good?
146.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It could be salt. Keep an eye on your sodium. I just got rid of a 5lb weight gain due to salt. And make sure to drink your recommended water. I am sure thats what it is. Especially if you are doing what you say you are doing!!!! Keep up the good work!!

I'm with bj.... it is possible that you are retaining water weight. I stopped using salt when I cook b/c I have a really bad habit of retaining water! Good Luck though!
