Thanks Lolo1612 - it really is about trial and error isn't it? Over the last week I have reduced my average calorie intake to 1580 and carbs down to about 150g per day resulting in a 600g loss for the week. Slow going but I'm pleased nonetheless. My original RDI's were just too high it seems. I like that if you track faithfully you really get an accurate sense of what works! No guesswork involved!
