joined a gym, my leader said that was the reason for the gain, hope she was right we'll see next week
188.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.5 lb a week

I am going to start measuring myself every 2 weeks. I also have joined a gym and I tend to pack on muscle mass as soon as I touch a weight. Stick with the program, keep working out and it will all come together! :)
