i have not followed my points for 2 weeks now and still lost 3.5lbs, maybe all that hard work at the gym is finally paying off......

went to gym again on Friday night for an hour, i just love the treadmill, i did half an hour on it then tried the rowing machine, awesome or what. haven't been over the weekend as don't want to overdo it but going again on Monday, i think 3 times a week is enough to start with. looking forward to weigh in on Wednesday as have been good with my points this week as well............. watch this space.

had WI yesterday lost 2lb YAY! thats 23lb altogether, joined a gym last night done an hour of excersice going again tonight, never been to a gym before and i really enjoyed, i just hope the novelty doesn't wear off..........keep you posted........
