I have to stop eating too late before bed. I have a bad habit of leaving my final meals until just before bed. I need to make sure that I eat earlier and need to eat more fruit.
147.7 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Steve, I find that the earlier I have dinner (especially if its a little on the heavy side) the better the scales look in the morning. That and getting lots of sleep helps.

Thanks for that, good advice. I'm not getting enough sleep either which isn't good.
