Lost 20 lbs. in 22 days! Still eating 3 meals a day and two snacks. No added sugar in my diet. I have prepared foods on hand with minimal sugar, sodium, cholesterol, and fat. Chicken, turkey, greens, beans, Cheerios, coffee (with FF creamer and Splenda), milk, sugar-free Jello, almonds, and reduced sugar dried cranberries are primary on this diet. My family has had no issues sharing the same meals. I simply prepare an additional side that they like and I will not eat.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
