I'm sure it's water, but I don't care..lol. It's not "278" which was the number for days. I had a ridiculously high cal/carb Valentine's Day. Wasn't going to log it, but I did. It's like a big 'ol reality check slap when you read it back. But, hopped right back to it yesterday. Surprisingly enough, I didn't have any "junk" cravings, just some genuine hunger that I took care of with the good stuff. The right stuff. Had heartburn all day yesterday, which is something I don't have when I stick to LCHF. I know it was the result of Sundays "gastronomical debauchery".
PS...corrected the "1" in 178 above to the proper "2" 278.....was just my fantasies controlling my fingertips at the key board...lol
