Rode my bike 37.6 miles the other day. It was wonderful. 20.2 miles the next day which I normally do 20+ miles anyway. Been busy with other stuff so my bike rides have been lacking. But still curling the weights.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
