It has been too long since I have logged in here. I will admit, I just became very lazy this past month. Luckily I maintained weight. But past week I have been getting back to walking and eating better. But also in this past month I have been expirimenting with a recommendation from Dr. Perricone's site. I find the upkeep of skin and its youthful appearance very interesting. Especially since I am attending school to become an esthetician. But he recommends to drink a glass of water immediately in the morning. Basically to help detox your skin. He also recommends to drink green tea! It is all about green tea and water. But I have also been adding in ORGANIC fresh mint leaves and grade some cinnamon sticks into it. To give my cup of tea an extra boost! I have seen some amazing results! My skin is looking clear and healthy. I feel more upbeat and happy. I try to also go by his diet plan. Not only does it help with your skin, but it also helps with weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. I have an allergic reaction to seafood so I can't eat the salmon as he recommends, but I follow other foods with chicken.
