Well, starting 2010 off at 219. Not too bad!! Changed my goal weight to 195 so I can maintain and still have my 4 lb fluctuation and still be able to say I'm under 200 lbs. I honestly cannot remember the last time I was under 200. When I got pregnant with my daughter I was at 217. That was 3 1/2 years ago. Its been a long journey but I'm HAPPY even though I'm not at my "perfect" weight. I'm trying to keep POSITIVE ATTITUDE at the top of my resolutions. I spent the last 3 years SO unhappy, and its time for a change. I'm trying not to focus as much on my WEIGHT as much as the way I feel and look in my clothes. Well, thats enough rambling for this entry.

219.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is awesome! I can feel your positive attitude thru the computer screen! You are absolutely right...weight is just a number, an unfortunately society gets caught up in that...good for you to reconize and see beyond that! Best to you for this year upon us!

There is so much to be said for weight being a mirror of our environment. Not for everyone, but for many; I know it's the case for me. You've lost so much weight! That's fantastic. And speaks of making the kind of changes in your life that make weight loss & health a priority. The babykins sure do have a way of changing a mama's perspective, too :) Happy New Year!
