It's been a rough couple of months. Ever since Christmas I've had trouble staying on track. I have lots of good food stored up and prepped for this week so here is hoping that my good intentions stay the course and I get back down to feeling healthy.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
