I'm considering joining Weight Watchers At Work-program to attend real meetings. Until now, my husband and I have just been following along with the program by ourselves. I think meetings might help me get motivated! On the other hand, I think my money might be better spent to join a gym so that I will have a great workout place all winter. Hmm, I must decide!

I'm doing ww on my own, and I have all the gym stuff in my basement. If you don't have any workout stuff, and you comitt to it a place to go workout would be nice.

I'm doing WW on my own too. I've never been to any of their meetings to be able to compare properly... but there are some wonderful people here, so you probably get just as much support here as paying out for meetings. I'm sure that joining a gym though would definitely be money well spent. Last year I bought an elliptical trainer for home, so I've been using that here. I guess any exercise though helps shift those pounds. Good luck with your decision and keep up the great work... you're doing fantastic there! :o)

I also do WW on my own. It does work (especially when I stick to it). The support here is great. I'm in Australia and can go walking outside mostly all year round, but if we had a severe winter I would go with the exercise/gym at home or walking/aerobic videos. Good luck, you're going well.

Thanks, all. I have decided to join the GoodLife Fitness near my house instead of formally joining Weight Watchers. Thanks for the advice - you are clearly right - the support here is great!!!
