I started TOPS in November 2008 at 288. I lost 81 pounds, but then the last few months have been off program. I saw a good friend who started TOPS and is looking great. It inspired me to get back on track. Thanks Michelle :)! So,here I go again, and hopefully I can reach my goal this time.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 December 2009:
1123 kcal Fat: 28.52g | Prot: 44.96g | Carb: 191.22g.   Breakfast: grape jelly, 1/4 tsp oil, medium egg, Hearty Wheat 35 Reduced Calorie Bread. Lunch: apple, saltine crackers, Progresso chicken rotini soup. Dinner: watermelon, pineapple, fresh, Potato Chips (From Dried Potatoes, Fat Free, Made with Olestra), Lean Gourmet Buffalo Chicken Snacks. Snacks/Other: weight watchers cookies & cream ice cream bars. more...
