Will take a look at Quantam Wellness by Kathy Freston. Man if I could only look half as good as she does. Will try her 21 day cleanse. No caffeine, meat products, gluten, alcohol, sugar. Can do I think. So far so good gluten and sugar will be the hardest. Maybe cheese too. Hard to get excited about soy cheese.
