Well, I am still trying to hack up a lung... but i am starting to feel better.. The hard part is as I start feeling better I want to start working out more.. which runs me down and it like the one step forward 2 steps back... and of course I am stubborn so I will probably workout today.. go figure.. we'll see how I feel tomorrow..
Also, what is really frustrating is when you feel sick you tend to want to eat comfort food. It is taking all my effort to stay focused on the good foods..
So how's that working for me???
Not so good...
I know it's because I am not logging very well, so I am not being held accountable.. So starting today I am going to log it no matter what it is I eat....
232.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
