Yea it was most definitely the dairy that was causing some inflammation but I'm back on track and ready to get back to business. I've been nursing a sprained ankle for the past 8 weeks and I can finally put the entirety of my weight on it without feeling any pain so working out will definitely be in my future.
217.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 92.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
