Well I didnt make my goal this week. But then again I havent been following it 100% and I havent been exercising. And now the dreaded weekend is upon us. One day at a time... Hope everyone is doing good!
186.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Weekly goals, hmmmm. Sounds like I could implement a couple more of those. Reaching the goal each time doesn't seems as important as setting the goal in the first place. The fact that you set one says a lot...

I think you should take it a day at a time, and not 7 days......this way when you are off 1 day you don't give up and keep under 100% for the entire week.

You're doing just fine! Honestly, I look at it one snack or meal or drink at a time and consider how well I've done the meal/day before. If I chose to "cheat" or have something I shouldn't, I take a bite and put it down. If I chose to have another, then fine. I try to only have 1/2 of a portion at best if I chose to have something "naughty". ;) Then, I try to have a cheese stick or boiled egg along with it and water to get full and have a the feeling of satisfaction stay with me for a while. Don't let the "weekend" be a grey cloud, just take it one mouthful at a time! Throw in a bit of walking, maybe window shopping quickly through a mall?? and you're good to go. :) Keep it up!
