Went to Derby Dinner Playhouse on Saturday and did eat more than what was on my diet. Just a one day minor setback, but it was my birthday celebration. I ate much less than I would normally eat when there. No dessert either.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
