Finally Icame so close to breaking it! but because I didn'nt think it would happen at all I am thrilled.I am only off by 4oz, so I am calling it a victory. This weeks goal is mon - fri 1000, 80%, fat, and try and do some weights and light cardio.
190.3 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 55.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
