The month is coming to an end which means so is my detox. I hope I can keep the momentum going after the calorie intake increases and keep the weight steady. I have found eating a handful of walnuts/almonds and drinking lots of water has really helped keep my hunger at bay but the biggest thing I have noticed is with the longer amount of time "off," my cravings have really quieted down - much better than when I tried a 1 week detox. Everything in moderation on my return, I hope!
