OK, so I am trying once again for the millionth time. I "found" GNC Total Lean 25 protein shakes. Wow...They are Good. I have one for breakfast, one for lunch and a good dinner. Oh, and I drink lots of water. So far, it's going well. I'm almost through my second week.
