Ballooned up to 174.5, now on my way back. Today I weighted in at 165. Can't believe I was happy to hit that number, but yes, I am. Want to see it keep going down!

Back up to 162, will this cycle ever end? I did it to myself, I know, but now the misery the numbers bring is awful. Ok, today is day 1 AGAIN. Ugh, I was determined last time and when I got semi-comfortable with losing the weight I just ate ALL the wrong foods and packed on the pounds so quickly. So here goes, Yet Again, Day 1. Wish me luck!!

Back on the roller coaster. Ugh, perhaps I was destined not to lose the weight. Disgusted with having gained again, Must try harder this next week.

Cheated Badly last night! went to Pocketbook Bingo, brought a vege tray with dip. The other ladies brought Italian cookies and a variety of chips. I know I shouldn't have, but I indulged heavily. Ugh, tasted so good last night but am sorry today. Why do we cave in???? With every bite, I told myself I shouldn't, but I did. Ate very few vegetables. Had a fun night, just hope the rest of the weekend I can stay away from junk food!
