definitely need to do elliptical today (and I did), both yoga (Ashley's) and elliptical. we're having a string of beautiful weather, sunny, warm with low humidity, no clouds and nights in the 50's. my favorite time of the year.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
