First time on the road for work since changing my eating habits.. and unfortunately fell back into some old habits there... eating out for most meals, getting bored in the hotel room in the evenings and snacking on chips, icecream.. etc Plus not being home with my trusty tredmil and not feeling confident enough to get out and walk on the roads I did no exercise at all in the past 11 days.

Not to worry. Back on track now that I am back home and focusing on dropping another 10kg before Fiji in 12.5 weeks!
287.7 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 67.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
