Christmas was not a big deal this year. I have been losing or maintaining consistently. Watching carbs mostly and being thoughtful about what I eat. Had some killer pie my Mom made (she's 81 and still makes best rhubarb pie) but the piece was small and didn't even cause a blip. Need to get back on the treadmill.
