A pound lighter after the weekend strange, not that I overindulged just odd. I will start measuring my waist rather than relying on the scales.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's not a bad idea! I weighed myself in 4 different places this morning (using the same scales) and there was a varying weights with 5kg difference between my 'lightest' and 'heaviest'.

I step on the scales once a week, same time, same scales. Whatever the first number is that locks, that's it.
