Christmas has taken its toll and now the start of the fight back , planning low cal diet plus gym training three times a week, fasting period coming up, watch the space in the quest to get down to my desired weight
167.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
