up early! still have cold so feel crappy. walked a little but not much. i dont have much energy and have to work at 3 so dont want to push it. i do know one thing, when im feeling bad i like my carbs! im eating healthy carbs, nothing sugary or sweet, nothing with empty calories, so its okay.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
