Here i go again. No matter what I always seem to come back to Atkins.I am going to try to stick to this.I want to be down at least 30lbs. by New Years Day.I have set a goal for all to see. Maybe this will help me to reach it.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Isn't WW's core plan a low carb plan? I quit looking at this as a diet, and more as a lifestyle change. So there will be no foods I can't eat. There will be foods I choose not to eat. :)

That's a good philosophy! I have always preferred WW because it really allows me to eat what I want - in moderation. If I want wine with dinner (or FOR dinner), I just need to tailor the rest of my day (or week) to be sure I don't go over my points. I also have a goal of 25 lbs by next spring - but 15 by Winter Solstice (just days before Christmas)
