Dont really deserve the 2lb loss this week if I am honest, I have not managed to do any exercise at all :(
164.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

If it's dropped off, then you did something right, and if you did something right, then you deserve it. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth, as they say. Keep up the good work!

If you watch "Biggest Loser" you'll notice that sometimes a contestant has a health issue and can't exercise and s/he does great anyway at the weigh-in. I think a break from exercise can work to your advantage. Even Bob Harper says that it's the diet that causes weight loss, not the exercise. The exercise is for other health benefits.
