Seems to be getting harder and harder instead of easier---maybe I'm just forgetting how it was a year ago when I started dieting for real.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think we always have our ups and downs. I feel your pain, I've been in a slump now for a couple of months and I'm trying to find my way out. Try to stay positive and keep going. You are doing this for yourself and it is a good thing. You can do this!!
