Well lost another two lb, not my best week but hey. need to get to goal so I can start introducing more food slowly. have increased my weigh in to twice a week with my consultant, so all being well I will lose a wee bit more. fingers crossed
153.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
