Ive been eating better and keeping up with my exercises. if for some reason i could go run or jump rope i at least went for a walk after dinner. I'm really proud I'm keeping up with it and i hope to continue losing weight!
157.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
