Day 7 of bodybuilding.com Transformation Challenge. Sticking with diet pretty well. Need more consistency in the exercise, but pretty happy with results so far.
216.8 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
