Day 10 of the Bodybuilding.com Transformation Challenge
I am still staying on diet very well.At or under 2000 calories a day. My exercise numbers are not where I wanted them to be, but it is working out pretty well. I wanted to put myself in a caloric deficit of 1500 calories a day, so need to get the activity level up to have a total caloric burn of around 3500 per day. Right now my exercise is being dominated by cardio and I am not hitting the weights and strength training like I wanted to. My body is feeling very tired at this point but hopefully I will fight through this low point and find the energy to keep it up.
213.9 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
