I WAS SO SURPRISED I LOST AS MUCH WEIGHT AS I DID THIS WEEK. Sorry about the caps... I thought my Wii balance board was broken. I never realized how much I used to just eat. I think I've cut my calories in half and multiplied my exercise 10 fold! I always thought I had a slow metabolism but I think it really just was I was consuming 3000+ calories a day.
Thank you fat secret for your motivation and amazing tracker. I can't wait to go home and work out. It is becoming less of a chore and more of a thing to be proud of.
Not that anyone reads this blog or anything, but it feels good to get it out with out being annoying and bragging to all my friends all the time xD
