Day 1 - in gthe right direction - but this is the way it's been now for 3 weeks since I got back from vacation - I get to this point and then back up 2 lbs then back down.
Back to the gym last night - hope it pushes me breaking 160.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
