I'm letting my splurges get the better of me. Once in a while is OK, but not multiple times a week. Lots of positive feedback from MTG gang that hadn't scene me in a few months, so something is working. Just need to focus and keep moving in the correct direction.
306.2 lb Lost so far: 68.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 October 2011:
2145 kcal Fat: 88.60g | Prot: 119.17g | Carb: 223.32g.   Breakfast: scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch: Butter, Rotisserie Chicken, Italian Bread, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Rising Crust Pizza - Three Meat, WLCH DRNK ORG PNAPPLE 6PK. Snacks/Other: Choc-O Lunch Cookies Rich Vanilla Creme, Apples. more...
