Because of Winter I dont have enough time to exercise I came from office at 5 pm it is almost night time. Or i because of winter i cant do exercise,
Now from today . 14.01.2016 I have started my exercise again. please help me to lose weight fast thank you all.
235.9 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
