Good Morning! Dan is back from Vegas after being gone for four months. We went for a walk this morning so that was nice. He told me all about Vegas and what he liked and didnt like about it. We also talked about Tinkerbell, who belongs to his girlfriend and who I watch on occasion. He really likes her! Had a couple pieces of thin crust pizza last night during the Jets game (they lost) but i planned for it so i enjoyed every bite! It is so nice to have something you like - but usually cant have - every once in a while and know its okay, its not sabotage, and it wont affect your goals. I was down another pound after the walk - who knows why - but its nice to see the lower weight even though i know its not "for real" just yet. Ive noticed that i will have a weight average (right now its 152) but it rises and falls thru the week with a peak at a new low weight sometimes. Normally, the new low weight eventually becomes my new average weight. Im always ready for my weight to plateau. I hear too much about that on FS to not expect it. I wonder if plateauing is a normal thing in weight loss or if sometimes it doesnt happen? I think i might post that question in forums and see what ppl have to say.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think everyone is different Stacy... Some people plateau really early on and some never seems to. I am like you Wondering if I will plateau... So far so good - mind you i think some people panic because they stay the same for a week.

yes i am with you. i agree and im going to try not to panic if it happens lol. to be honest, if i stayed where i am at it wouldnt be the worst thing in the world. i think i look much better in clothes. without them is another story lol. i put in a random goal (135 lbs) and dont even know if its a good goal, too high or too low. so, im am just gonna go with how i feel. I know that whatever i weigh that working out will improve the way my body looks

Very sensible attitude and your right about the working out - it will make you look better. People bet too hung up on the numbers - been there, done it, I am now "going with how I feel" too :-)
