Day after Isagenix cleanse day. Crazy fast weigh loss but with the nutrients/supplements they provide I feel great, even without coffee! Based on my last experience the weight loss will subside over next few weeks to keep it safe.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
