Difficult week - only managed to start the exercise again yesterday - so not really expecting anything other than to have stayed the same - the scales didnt go up and that is a positive!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
