Sortafairytale's Journal, 13 January 2016

I've cut back on artificial sweeteners and Atkins products. It appears I've made it through the holidays without one cheat day, so go me. It also seems transition/OWL/Phase 2 is going smoothly. I added back wasabi/soy sauce almonds (actually all actual almonds) and increased my NC intake to 25 carbs per day and it seems to be going good. Not much movement, but at least I know I'm capable of losing at a higher NC/day limit and with nuts back in my diet. I'll probably stick with the nuts rung one more week and try some peanuts and stuff this week. Fiancé and I got some sriracha peanuts for Christmas I've been saving, so I'll probably alternate those with the almonds. I've found it's hard sometimes to get to the 25 NC/day limit because I'm used to eating the same things everyday, but the extra carbs from the nuts has helped. When I started this Atkins journey I was 229, and now I'm at 154, so that means 75 pounds down officially. Yessss. I'm also adding back exercise this week, so we'll see what that does to the scale too. See you in a couple!
