This Isagenix always takes a lot off at the front of the detox and then gradually tapers but I'm looking to lose 20 pounds of unnecessary weight prior to resuming regular meals but without the garbage. Definitely a few headaches dropping coffee and sugar but been okay the last couple days as long as I stay hydrated. 22 or so days left!
188.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
