After a cycle of going up and down with my weight, i hit a plateau at 125. I decided to eat what ever i wanted for a couple days and I gained 2 pounds. When i started eating clean again, i lost 4! I stopped jenny craig and i decided to become vegan (which was my goal) and that has also helped. I can't wait to lose more!
