Staying in today and moving forward. Some struggling with with over eating under eating. Eat healthy, Drink water and Move. Stay positive and smile.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 125.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Time to check in with my buddy. Staying in is okay but I don't want you to be a couch potato. Lets get sine exercise while we are staying in. Crank up the tunes and get that diva body moving. It's time to celebrate that loss and keep moving. One week down and many more to go. January is the ultimate reset button for everyone. I hear you need a little down time, okay but don't stay down for to long. I hear the commuters on the fat secret highway honking horns at you, come on pick up the pace. Pick those feet up and go for a walk in the fresh air today.

Have not been on in almost 10 days. Major wreck. Have to go weigh in, not going to be pretty.

some days are good, some are bad... but I think getting outside is a good idea, the sun can do amazing things. and if you can't get out, open all the blinds and stream a workout to do. have some tea and do some yoga breathing to feel more positive. .. worth a shot
